Polyurethane, which contains carbamate group in the main chain of
macromolecules, is called polycarbamate. Polyurethane is divided
into polyester polyurethane and polyether polyurethane. Polyester
is a polyurethane prepared from diisocyanate and
hydroxyl-terminated polyester. Polyether polyurethane is a kind of
polyurethane prepared from diisocyanate and hydroxyl terminated
polyether. The main raw materials of polyurethane, polyurethane are
organic polyisocyanate and hydroxyl terminated compounds.
Performace of Polyurethane:
Properties of Polyurethanes: Because the group contained in the
polyurethane macromolecule is a strong polar group, and a polyether
or a polyester flexible segment is also contained in the
macromolecule, the polyurethane has the following characteristics:
1.High mechanical strength and oxidation stability;
2.It has high flexibility and resilience.
3.Has excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance, water
resistance and fire resistance.
Application:
Polyurethane is mainly used as matching tank in planet ball mill,
mixing tank in drum ball mill, polyurethane synthetic leather,
polyurethane foam, polyurethane coating, polyurethane adhesive,
polyurethane rubber (elastomer) and polyurethane fiber. In
addition, polyurethane is also used in civil, geological drilling,
mining and petroleum engineering to block water and stabilize
buildings or roadbed; as pavement materials, runways for sports
grounds, indoor floors of buildings, etc.
Feature of Polyurethane grinding:
